Daniel Kim

With almost two decades of experience under his belt, Chef Daniel Kim earned his “Omakase Stripes” initially at Sushi Zo and as head chef at Sushi by Bou — world-renowned sushi counters in downtown NYC. 

Chef Daniel is seasoned in at home and corporate dining. He worked as the private sushi chef for Normura, a Japanese investment bank, as well as lead chef for Sushi by Bou’s at home catering initiative. Daniel has a natural talent for bringing the traditional omakase experience to his customers’ homes.

He credits his success as a sushi chef to his sense of humor and relentless drive for perfection.
